Andrew Jackson's Hermitage lies just east of Nashville, TN. The old mansion is in need of repair (there is an ongoing effort to fix it up). A Conferderate Home was built on land that at one time belonged to the estate, and a cemetery for many of the veterans who died at the home is near the estate's church.
