To all people to whom these present shall come I, Aaron Jones, do send greetings. Know ye that I the said Aaron Jones of the County of Lincoln and the state of Georgia for and in consideration of the love, goodwill and affection which I have and do bear towards my loving son and daughter Mason Jones and Franky Jones, his wife, their heirs and assigns two Negro girls by the names of Selie and Delilea of which these present I have delivered him and her, the said Mason Jones and Franky Jones, an inventory signed with mine own hand and bearing date. To have and to hold said Negroes and increase to him and her the said Mason Jones and Franky Jones their heirs and assigns without any manner of condition.

In Witness thereto I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of May 1802

John Nolan came personally before me and made oath that he saw Aaron Jones sign, seal, and deliver the within deed for the purposes mentioned and that he saw Hugh A. Cramer subscribe himself and witness to the same.
